With a total of 90 m² of ISO 7 cleanroom space, sufficient floor area is available to support the transition from prototyping to large volume production.

The cleanroom accommodates our complete range of manufacturing capabilities and equipment, including microfluidic bonding, micro-dispensing, packaging and quality inspection. This enables multiple critical production steps to be performed within a controlled environment, while providing the flexibility and capacity to scale production as volumes grow.

Cleanroom features

• HEPA filtration with G14 pre-filters to reduce particle contamination
• HVAC systems to control temperature, humidity and air quality
• ESD-safe flooring for the safe integration of electronics in microfluidic products

Independently certified and continuously monitored

Our cleanrooms are certified annually by an external company to verify compliance with the required maximum particle counts, number of air changes per hour and pressure differentials.

In addition to annual certification, we perform frequent internal measurements to verify consistent cleanroom operation throughout the year. This continuous monitoring helps us maintain the right conditions for high-quality microfluidic devices.
